"Clean room and very friendly staff"

"Quiet and clean and excellent staff. Great job!"

"The room we had was awesome with lots of space. Surely will come back again. Great job."

"We had great customer service from the staff person that checked us in and Grace was wonderful at breakfast - she found me on the dining area to let me know the decaf coffee was ready."

"Really liked the room"

"Hôtel neuf et propre. Service super et bien placé. Je vais y retourner"

"Door key not functioning despite 3 cards being reprogrammed. Locked in room and unable to get out. Also garage door would not work despite several attempts with card."

"Staff were so helpful"

"No parking on site. Not nice area around."

"Au coeur du centre-ville, annexé au Centre Rideau, près du canal Rideau, du parlement, puis de tous les commerces, restaurants, terrasses etc. Parfait pour la marche !"

"Great location in Byward Market."
