We arrived on July 16 at around 9:30 PM for our reservation, traveling with our two children, only to find that the entire property was without power. We waited for about 30 minutes before the receptionist was able to assist us. She informed us that it was a scheduled power outage and that electricity would not be restored until 8:00 AM the following morning.
