"There was hair on the toilet when we got there, the room was filled with this thick, musk, overwhelming oder. Breakfast was a joke, my lady friend and i didnt dare partake in. Found left over trash in room from the last guest, and roaches in the halls. The lights went out in the entire property and we could here guests walking up and down the halls past our room being loud, and childish about the whole situation. Will definitely not be returing to this property."

"Stayed at SpringHill Suites in Waco. Staff was very friendly and the room initially looked and smelled clean. Unfortunately, we noticed a black stain on one of the pillows that also smelled sour, along with several questionable stains on the carpet. The shower had pink buildup on the door, and the sink drained extremely slowly. Cleanliness is the most important thing when it comes to hotel stays, so this was disappointing.
