"The location of this hotel is excellent, just outside the loop and close to Millennium Park. The room was spacious and clean but there were 3 issues: 1. The air-conditioning was a small noisy unit that struggled to keep the room cool. 2. The bathroom had a bath but no plug so it was not possible to take a bath. The bathroom had a built shower which was ok but it meant climbing into the bath to take a shower. We asked Reception for a replacement but were told there are no plug in any room so no-one any room could take a bath. This is illogical and surely if this is company policy then the bath should have been replaced by a bespoke shower unit! 3. We asked for extra creamer to make a drink in our room but were told by Reception there was no creamer available until the next delivery. This happened twice. I believe the above demonstrates a lack care and attention to detail."

"Overall the hotel was clean and conveniently located. My only complaint was that they didn't have their breakfast restaurant open on Sunday, even though I had paid for breakfast through Expedia. They charge a resort fee, but there isn't much in the way of resort amenities."
