"Very friendly people, nice room, excellent breakfast. Street parking (free). Very accommodating of our service dogs. Long flight of stairs to the upper rooms, but manageable. "

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better.
