"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. "We were looked after very well from all the staff it’s very convenient to the beaches restaurants it’s an ideal place if you want quiet and total rest we also ate at night in the upstairs terrazzo restaurant a couple of times - it isn’t cheap but quality is excellent and service wonderful our en-suite room was comfortable cleaned everyday by the three ladies who were so friendly - a really great experience and we were very happy there "

"Darei un voto 9 per la colazione buonissima abbondante, il voto 10 per la pulizia i corridoi erano sempre accompagnati da profumi gradevoli per non parlare della stanza. Situato in posto strategico e tranquillo spiaggia a pochi metri e centro a pochi chilometri. Abbiamo anche cenato qualche sera e si è mangiato veramente bene. Spero di tornarci al più presto . "

"I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. "- Property: located in a strategic position close to the Baia Verde beaches. Some of them have an agreement with the hotel so one can get an umbrella sun with a discount. The area is quite noisy due to many young tourists, so having earplugs may save your sleep. - Room: average setup inline with the expectations, but with a very small bathroom which seemed to be stuck in the 1980s and with very few amenities. - Staff: super helpful and friendly, if there were a reason for coming back it would be because of them."
