The Space:

Step into a serene, sunlit studio that blends island simplicity with modern comfort. The queen bed ensures restful sleep, while the air-conditioned suite keeps you cool all day. The kitchenette comes fully equipped for simple home-style meals, and your outdoor private bathroom—just steps from the door—offers comfort and privacy. After a beach day, unwind in the hammock, grill outdoors, or relax by the pool. With solar backup, a water reserve, and free parking, this peaceful escape brings together convenience and calm.

Guest Access:

☀ The guests will have access to the entire home along with a shared pool on the property



☀ There is parking space located by the pool with a "7" for this unit. There is only 1 parking spot for unit 7 and limited to 1 vehicle



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the Puntas area, a very popular neighborhood that does have intermittent outages. This property has solar back up which powers fans, lights and outlets only and a 2400 gallon backup water reserve. if all water is consumed after getting more back up, owner is strict in not providing refunds.



Getting Around:

Rental cars are strongly suggested.

We do not have Uber or Lyft.

Taxi service is available but needs to be arranged in advance.



Other Things to Note:

☀ This property has solar backup that powers fans, lights and outlets only & 2,400 gallons of backup water reserve.



☀ In the event all solar and water backup is consumed /or internet outage the Owner is strict on not providing refunds for events which are out of our control.



☀ Couch sleeping and smoking is not allowed.



☀ There is a grill and outdoor eating area located by the pool that is shared with all the units. This shared area is for registered guests only.



☀ We reserve the right to limit bookings based on the number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-7 days). Exceptions to the rule apply.



☀ We are Pet Friendly! We require a $75 pet deposit per pet (Max. 2 pets allowed)
