Located on the second floor of the back building, this comfortable studio features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a cozy living area with a sofa and TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals during your stay.

Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy breathtaking ocean views, including views of Desecheo Island. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, feel the refreshing ocean breeze, or watch Rincón`s spectacular sunsets.

Situated on a quiet dead-end street, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere while keeping you close to local restaurants, shops, and everything Rincón has to offer. Best of all, you`ll have direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy the sand and ocean whenever you wish.

The property is also equipped with a backup generator to provide electricity during power outages, offering additional comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Please note that the studio is located on the second floor and requires using stairs.

Only a starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials is provided upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies needed during their stay.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required

- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100
