"Perfect location from the train station, to the main street, surrounding cafés and restaurants, and most importantly, stunning view of the Matterhorn right outside of the hotel itself while you enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the front Terrace. Staff was very accommodating as I had a late check-in. It is certainly walkable from Zermatt HB station. However, I can see this walk can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you."
"Super nice hotel, very cozy. I would stay here again. Great location next to the train station. Perhaps a small complaint is that the lobby can get really busy with guests and people coming to eat at the really good restaurant as the reception is literally next to the hostess for the restaurant so it can feel cramped at times."
