"The property needs to be updated. My wife and I love the staff and Dante specifically is amazing and goes above and beyond. The cleaning crew is also very nice and amazing. This is on the property itself. The hotel was at full capacity and we had no water pressure or hot water. It smells like mildew everywhere and the rooms are falling apart. The AC is held together by tape. I stay there because it is convenient for my family. But I cannot stay any longer until this is updated."

"Friendly Staff. Quick check in. Decent free breakfeast although range was limited however saves you a small fortune in NYC. Rooms clean and well maintained. We avoided the lift from 8am and all was fine, heard its a nightmare at peak times. Go for breakfeast early and straight out. Great location would recommend."

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...
