"Staff was ALWAYS AMAZING! The new owners need to do a better job at ensuring the hotel does not continue to have the RIU vibe. Be creative, ask your staff what's BRST and LISTEN to them!"

"Great room, great staff. Site felt a bit dated and the hills were unexpected. The amenities were fine but not top tier. Overall a solid property, you'll enjoy your time, just not top tier."

"Everything was very clean. Everyone was happy and polite. The friendliest staff I've ever seen on vacation. No gossip between employees means they're truly happy. Very refreshing. We'll be back for sure!!!"

"The place was clean and room was good size Staff were exceptionally pleasant"

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! "A wonderful relaxing trip, 5 star all the way. Staff were amazing and hospitality was outstanding."

I do want to...

"The room was nice and breakfast was good. Didn’t use most of the amenities, but I did go to the beach every day I was there. There is supposed to be a shuttle, however it was mostly unavailable. I walked to and from the beach most of my stay which was about 20 mins each way. On one occasion I called for pick up about a hour ahead of time and asked if the driver could pick me up. I was told “I hope so.” The private beach itself is just “okay.” If you’re looking to do any beach activities, this...
