"This is a great example of glamping (glamorous camping) and if we were 20 years younger, it would have been a fun, quirky adventure. It is a tiny house experience with a lofted bed you reach by ladder and a remarkably effective port-a-potty kind of toilet. The location is amazing and the property is fun. Unfortunately for us, we’re not 20 years younger and the ladder ended up defeating me. If you’re flexible and athletic - give this a try! It’s a definite improvement over a tent "

Luxury Villa With Hot Tub & Private Sandy Beach.

Luxury Villa With Hot Tub & Private Sandy Beach.

8/10 Good
"I mistakenly thought there was a view of Discovery Inlet, but there is only a peek a boo view from one side of the deck. You cannot see any water from the unit itself, and the hot tub has a view of the gravel driveway. This is high bank waterfront so there there are lots of switchback style stairs (sturdy) to the beach, which does have some sand. Other areas close by have no sand , so this is a positive. Beach has plastic dining chairs, so bring your own beach chairs if you have them. It’s not really a swimming beach (bring beach shoes if you want to wade). There are kayaks that we didn’t use. Currents in this area can be strong.Apart from that, be aware that this place is not suitable for a disabled person or someone unsteady on their feet as there are stairs up to the entry door, followed by more stairs up to living area; it is built above a large utility garage. Other details: Shampoo/conditionerTresemme. BodywashIvory. No moisturizer. Toilet is super low with a rickety seat that slides off to the side. Hair Dryer stored under sink with cleaning supplies and I did not use it because it seemed sketchy. Washer and dryer is a newer LG, and includes Tide detergent and bounce softener. Plenty of towels and tp. Kitchen appliances are Kenmore, with a Bosch dishwasher. Black & Decker coffeemaker, and cupboard had Folgers and a little local coffee. We did not cook during our stay so I can’t comment on cookware or supplies. King platform bed is very comfort"
