"There was a general feeling the reception staff were under pressure. Calling you up the check in and then passing you off to other staff member one minute later (1st of May) far right desk. It would have been better just to wait until a desk was free that could do a full check in. I also don't appreciate being greeting with a clip board at a run from the enterance at 00:50. And then passed off to reception without any sort of courtesy as they couldn't fine my name on a list. Just made me feel slightly unwelcome. As someone who stays in the area afton but never at this hotel it was a disappointment to a general excellent feeling from all other services. Room 539,"

"I was worried about the distance into city centre; however, with bus links close by, this ended up not being an issue. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even providing a fan that allowed one of our party to sleep better. This was delivered quickly, straight to the room. The food in the restaurant was enjoyable. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price of the included breakfast. I didn't have any issues with the Wi-Fi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dublin and wants a bit of a lesser expensive choice of hotels."

"The Dublin Express stops 300m away from the property and it’s a very convenient airport shuttle. It’s also relatively inexpensive compared to taxis. The rooms are nice, clean and the bathroom was brand new. It is walking distance from Dublin Castle, Trinity College, Temple Bar and many other turistical objectives. Not sure if there are ice machines, we didn’t find them and we would recommend the property to have a bottle opener handy at the reception in case guests would like to enjoy a glass of wine in the room.
