"This is the 2nd Citizen M hotel we have stayed at (the San Francisco location was the 1st) and we had a great stay! The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond for us. The room was fantastic, the bar is cozy and stylishly decorated, and the food was great as well. We will definitely choose Citizen M hotels in our future travels!"

"I liked the location, it is walking distance to all the major bus tours The place itself is very clean, I felt safe. The staff was always very helpful. My room was very clean, the water pressure is great. The food options in the lower level are a little limited however what they do serve is very tasty. I highly recommend & would stay again"

"Our stay was wonderful Nico (im not sure how to spell it ) he was absolutely 110% personable, helpful and accommodating to our needs even gave us a short tour with so much history on St Helen's. He is a huge asset to the staff. I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone i know. The only thing that is missing is a hair dryer and wash clothes.Thank you for a wonderful stay.
