Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean, homey, and very comfortable! We would definitely use this property again when in town. Owner made the space very welcoming and was very good about communicating. Highly recommend!

Perfect if playing at Big League Dream Park

The kids had a great time playing in the pool after a long day at the Big League Dream Park. The proximity to the park was great, and the kids loved the pool, while we relaxed on the patio. The house had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds comfortable.

Perfect

I needed a quiet spot to work from plus visit a few local people and this was perfect. The temperature in Redding was super hot, the pool was absolutely perfect for late night cooling off! I had a few questions before I came and the host was super timely and helpful.

Overall, the house was nice and spacious. The location, however, wasn’t the best — it was my first time staying in the city, and I didn’t feel entirely comfortable leaving anything in my car. On the positive side, the house was conveniently close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the freeway.One of the bathrooms had a dirty shower, and the house felt a bit dusty overall. There also wasn’t much lighting in the backyard for enjoying the pool at night. On the bright side, the kitchen was well-stocked with all the supplies we needed, and communication with the owner was excellent. We were a family of six on a road trip, and the space still worked well for our needs.

Outside could have been better

Unkempt yard, grass had not been cut for awhile. Pool in backyard had dirt and leaves. Possibly a wind storm had occurred prior to our stay. I came prepared to swim, but unfortunately, I had no desire to get into pool. The house was clean but the 2 twin beds were meant for little kids not adults at all. They were only a couple of inches from the floor. Not good at all for older seniors.
