"The hotel experience was very good. Staff were friendly and professional. The spa was very nice, and the food was very good. There were a couple of notable critiques of the hotel, though. At no malicious intent to the staff, pool deck wasn't properly maintained due to other guests who used the pool during the day and evening didn’t showed any etiquette when it comes to cleanliness (dirty/used towels thrown at different pool chairs across the deck). Furthermore, there were knobs on the dressers that were loose in my hotel room and wasn’t throughly inspected during the initial maintenance was done. In my end, I could have requested an extensive inspection of the other knobs in the room. Overall, it was a positive experience, minus the circumstances. "

"Nothing to complain about. Everything was easy and everyone was friendly. I was exhausted from travelling and the staff and the service gave me one fewer thing to worry about. Will certainly return."

"Airport shuttle driver and night desk attendant were very polite and helpful. I checked in at 1am. Asked for a quiet room but was given a direct airport facing room (across the road view). From 1am until 10am the sound of planes didn't stop. The hotel has little insulation. I didn't sleep well at all. Used the heater for 20 minutes but when I tried turning it off it wouldn't go off after giving it forever. I had to unplug it from the wall. I had it on the quiet setting but it was still loud. Bed was too firm for me. I looked forward to a shower in the morning. The floor towel was sitting on the bathtub folded but had nose snot on it. I hopped in the bath to use the shower and the base of the bath was slippery and sticky like it would be from soap scum. Felt gross. Shower pressure was non existent. Lucky if it's running at 2 litres per minute. I was really disappointed. I needed to have my back pressed against the wall to get the water to hit me. Check out was quick and easy. I was granted a late checkout till 12pm."
