Easily accessible hotel, shopping close by, hotel appears to be clean but carpets in hallways and rooms desperately need to be replaced. Beds are very comfortable, pillows too big and thick for my comfort.

The hotel was great for the price! There were a few hockey teams staying at the hotel, and so it was a bit noisy in the hallways etc. I wasn't going to book this hotel based on some of the previous reviews, but it was clean, the staff we great, breakfast was good value for your dollar, and the pool/waterslide were great. I will definitely stay again.

We had a room with two queen beds and sofa bed. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast had a good variety each day. We will stay again when we visit red deer!

Awesome staff, awesome breakfast, hallways were not very clean, but the room was clean and very comfortable. The keycard entrance for the pool and the fitness room didn’t work so we had to keep asking staff to let us in. Aggravating although the staff were very helpful and didn’t seem to mind. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean /smelled clean too. Stayed for a week as one of my daughters was attending a hockey camp. The hot tub was out of service but the waterslide/pool was a huge hit!! We looked forward to the refreshing lemon water and soft cookies in the lobby!!

Very nice hotel, easy to access and is well situated to shopping and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, main areas are clean and tidy. The hot breakfast was delicious. My room was very clean and quiet. Would stay again.
