"Had a wonderfully stay at Terme. The lady at the front desk said as extremely pleasant and super helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay great. Beautiful location on the beach, comfy bed, clean room and nice breakfast. I recommend it:)"

"The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

"Good location, walking distance to Portocorsini cruise ship port Ravenna. Close location to amenities and bus station. If you use bus, take bus 70 it will take you to Ravenna train Station to Cruise Port and Cruise Port to Ravenna train station. This is as of October 17-24, 2026 during our travel."

"This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!"

"Loved location close to Cruise Terminal. Easy walking to restaurants. Very friendly front desk and very helpful."

"Lovely lady at the front desk and was very helpful assisting our needs."

"Location is great for cruising out of Ravenna, just okay from me."

"Breakfast and serving staff was very good."

"Room was spacious"

"Près de la gare de train avec accès facile par le sous-sol de la gare. Très bon déjeuner. Le personnel est très attentionné."

"Staffs are friendly, breakfast is really yummy, the room we stayed is well maintained and walking distance to the train station."

"Musty smell in rooms made worse by no air conditioning. It had been turned off throughout the hotel. Old structure (although historic) should be kept in better condition. Restaurant is ok but there are better in the area. The plus is location."

"The people working here are very gracious and helpful. Nice quiet hotel. Very handicap accessible. Nice breakfast in morning. You can get Hot coffee or tea and some cold drinks all day and night."

"A really nice place to stay!!"
