"There is no coffee machine in the rooms, not common area coffee for the guests as other similar and lower priced hotels.... I had a cockroach fall on my shoulder in the lobby as I was sitting in one of the couches.... Elevators are a bit slow to catch."

"The hallway outside was never vacuumed during the 4 days we were there. We missed the coffeemaker in the room. The furniture in the room needs to maintained better. The corners of the furniture were chipped and showed bare wood."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"Hotel is nice, but there was clear water damage in the room we stayed in. The elevators here are absolutely terrible. They take so long, especially when the hotel is packed. The staff seems over it, and there are some random fees that weren't totally expected."

"Great Location. Walkable to Time Square. There are 2 Subway stations that are a very short walk. Restaurants right down stairs. This property was very clean. Employees were very nice. I felt safe staying as a woman with my teenage daughter. Will stay at this location again soon."
