"Property well maintained, however was not aware until checki-in/arrival this was also a time-share property. Expedia dropped the ball on that, BIG time bc if I had known I would've bypassed it all together! Rooms 4 guests are old, had a strong, damp, mold-type odor, & custodian services had 2b requested. Was given a 1st floor rm right next 2 staff maintenance, down the hall from pool entrance, & facing the street, when I thought I was getting a beach view."

"I got in late, the parking was difficult to figure out but once I went inside the front desk lady walked outside to show me how to use the gate and keypad. There was no hot water in the shower, the lady told me to let it run for 5 minutes and I did and still nothing. There was a portable ac unit in the room that was a little loud. Other than that it was fine."

"The room was immaculate! It housed all 11 guests comfortably. It truly was beautiful and a great fit for a large party. The amenities in the room are unmatched in comparison to standard hotels. The only thing I wish was different was the parking. It’s very limited but there is free parking outside of the hotel, but the slopes are super steep and not guaranteed. Otherwise an amazing place with friendly attentive staff. I will be booking here again."

"My husband and I stayed at Pacific Villas during our recent vacation in Oceanside to celebrate our anniversary, When we arrived, it was close to midnight, so we weren't able to see what the area looked like outside until the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the ocean and the view from our unit.
