"Staff didn't seem to know what was going on. Really loud doof music during breakfast lunch and dinner. Not a relaxing resort. Food very average but breakfast good. Rooms need updating. Otherwise beds comfy and location excellent!"

"This hotel was named “budget” and the price was very cheap. Our room could have used some maintenance, but the bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to turn on and we told the gentleman at the front desk and he had it working when we returned from dinner (2 for 1 meal’s on a Sunday night right next door!)."

"Friendly greeting upon arrival. Laundry done in the guest laundry - washing free, drying $3. Dinner in the restaurant which was good and filled us after a long trip. A few beers to wash it down. Our second stay and would recommend to others staying in Coffs Harbour - King size bed a bonus."

"Great place to stay. Very conveniently located to take away and restaurant dining, all in walking distance. The rooms are very clean and well appointed and maintained. The bed and pillows super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in Coffs Harbour. Staff are friendly and welcoming."
