"Amazing service! Thank you - beautiful location! Front desk even arranged our ride to the airport in the morning for us. Room was nice and cool."

"Nice quiet place to stay right in the middle of everything. Rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel staff was excellent as well. Be advised you need a code to access the property when you check in, and if you book through Expedia you won’t be sent anything and will have to call the hotel for the entry code."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location is wonderful, however that’s where the positivity ends. There is no front desk staff, if you want something you need to call or message through WhatsApp or Expedia. The room was miserably cold and the only access to the thermostat were temperature controls, all other access to heat or speed of the fan were screwed shut. I messaged the hotel about how cold the room was and didn’t hear back for nearly 16 hours. The shower is teeny tiny and...

"It really is the best location , we had plenty of amenities, breakfast was very good, everything was perfect for the both of us."

"Great hotel and staff and a wonderful location!"

"Casa Gutmann is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a helpful staff. It’s not in the “historic district” but rather it’s more of a local neighborhood. For me the only thing missing is a nice lobby but it does have a rooftop deck. We would recommend it"

"Excellent stay at My Trevi Luxury in Rome. The location was fantastic—very convenient for exploring the city and close to many of Rome’s major sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for staying in the heart of Rome, and we would happily stay here again."

"If you want to feel like a celebrity and stay in a beautiful historic villa in the heart of the city, stay here! Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful, beds are so comfortable, and buffet breakfast was delicious."

"The hotel and room were really clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was great for me. Breakfast was included with my booking and that was really convenient. It was a buffet with a great selection and we were able to order espresso drinks from the server, so we got cappuccino each morning. We ended up walking everywhere and only used transit to get to/from Bologna. The walk to Rome Termini with a backpack and roller bag wasn’t too bad, but I preferred taxi...

"Amazing hotel! Great staff! Super helpful securing shuttles to the airport. Yummy breakfast. Overall loved our stay!"
