"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future travelers. The room I was assigned looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was old, shabby, and in poor condition. I found visible cobwebs, mold, and an old blanket that looked more like a moving blanket than hotel bedding. The room felt neglected and was far below the standard I expected based on the listing. "The staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooftop bar and view were incredible. The hotel rooms were clean and large. The only thing that was difficult was having to book the gym and spa amenities with additional costs. The website doesn’t list it but there is a pool available for booking and a fee as well. Spa hours are limited."
