"Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and neat. location was great. We enjoyed our visit. Unfortunately it was cool and windy so we did not use the pool."

"Awesome place to stay and beach is fabulous"

"Excellent stay! Clean room. Nice bed and sheets. Will definitely return soon! Daytime front desk lady is amazing"

"Nice location. Tiki bar was ok, decent convo with visitors. Training new staff was an issue but she persevered and all was good. Ice machine broken, only 1 on property. We would stay there again."

"Check in process was bad. Waited 20 minutes while they helped set up the app on the customer before me. I told them I would not be using the app which they said I needed. Ended up checking in in their computer after that. House cleaning is only available if you tell them 24 hours in advance even for extra linens. Ridiculous."

"Pancakes or waffles are a necessity for kids. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn express, and there were none of either"

"Our room and bathroom was clean and spacious. There was not much protein in our breakfast options, and the soap dispensers in the shower for shampoo/conditioner/body wash could be changed for a more accessible option that doesn't require squeezing containers attached to the shower wall to dispense out."
