the elevator was not working ,i reserved the room one week before getting there.they told me about the elevator when i got there at 11 pm on friday ,i did not live because i did not know the area .at the next day i ask if they have a room in a lower floor because they put me in the 5 floor and the told me no that they were book.

there are 2 elevators for the 5 floors, when we arrived one of them was out of order, no problem just wait a little longer as we were on the third floor, but when we came back after dinner both of them were out of order. my wife suffers from asthma and climbing the 2 flights of stairs was not easy for her. and to make it worse our room was directly opposite the stairs door which was on a strong sprig, so every single time it opened and closed it made a heck of a noise and this went on all night.. so annoying and loud

Liked the bedding and front desk staff. Very disappointed in breakfast as we were told that no hot scrambled eggs would be provided after 9am even though the tray was empty an hour before breakfast was supposed to be completed.
