"Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. We had to call their number to get someone to let us into the hotel, as we had arrived later than 11:30 pm. Make sure to consider this when and if booking. Room was okay, but walls were very thin and noise can easily go to other rooms."

"I can't overstate who wonderful the staff was from the beginning of our stay to the end. They had great advise on Granada's attractions and cuisine. Our room was very nice with a great balcony. My thanks again to the staff who made my trip to Granada such an enjoyable experience. "
