"Our recent November stay at Regency House was exceptional, thanks to the incredible team who truly brought the experience to life. The professionalism, warmth, and seamless organisation shown by every member of staff set this hotel apart. Each person added their own personality and skill, creating an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and effortlessly refined. From the moment we booked to the moment we departed, the service was flawless. The team went above and beyond to make our visit and Victoria’s birthday so special. The handwritten card, the dessert, the bottle of fizz, the extended check-out, arrangement of the spa facilities and last but not least, the complimentary cocktail vouchers (a special thank you to Nicky - the cocktails were divine!) were thoughtful touches that meant so much to us.
