Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with all cooking utensils needed. Having a washing machine and dryer was great. 5-10 mins walk to shops and restaurants and just 25-30mins walk to old Quebec and all the tourist area. Will definitely stay here again.

The hosts were very friendly and always replied to my messages right away, the apartment was the perfect size for my wife and I. It's a super cute apartment. The location isn't far from the train station we used to come to Quebec which was perfect and all the walking around town wasn't too difficult, everything was close enough for us to experience Quebec in the 3 nights we were here

The property was an excellent place to stay and was close to shops, bus routes and the historic area of Old Quebec. The studio apartment was very comfortable and clean, and was fitted with all of the essential amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Dave was a great host and made sure that the accommodation was to a high standard for an enjoyable break in the city. I would recommend the studio apartment in Saint-Roch to any couple or solo traveller requiring excellent accommodation in Quebec City.

Perfect location

Perfect sized apartment for 2 & in a great location. We were able to walk to old Quebec City (about 1 mile) although buses run right by the apartment as well. Dave was great to communicate with & we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very disappointed that the initial advertisement did not mention that there was NO parking or at the very least some parking restrictions. After driving around the oneway streets we finally found a spot 3 blocks away and had to carry our luggage and dog through sidewalks crowded with (homeless?)people rummaging through the garbage for bottles and cans. Not a nice area, alot of people on the street at all hours of the night. Would not consider this rental again

I enjoyed staying in this pet friendly apartment very much. It is centrally located and easy walking to Vieux Quebec and other attractions. I loved the neighborhood, restaurant, coffee shops and a grocery store close by. Hosts were very gracious!

This is clean and lovely apartment very close to the touristic center of Q-City. Great communication with the host. I especially appreciated the washer and dryer being available. Parking can be a challenge if you have a tall vehicle. There are convenient parking garages nearby but clearance is not extensive. Hope you enjoy the apartment as we did. B

Lovely little gem

We loved this place, it was a very comfortable apartment in a great area. The best was very comfy too! Dave was a wonderful host, my husband really appreciated being able to watch hockey playoffs on the TV!
