A good hotel that is trying to keep up with the times.
Areas are starting to show there age even with staff trying to bring life back
Atrium is interesting with a great area for the younger crowd (a youth hockey tournament was booked in) and they were having a wonderful.
Restaurant was good with a varied menu and we did not have to venture out for either dinner ($89 including drinks for 2)or breakfast $44 for good hot, made to order meal
Overall a good hotel trying to be better.
Be very careful of the soft beds.

Great bar, friendly staff, restaurent was ok and pricey for what it is, noisey rooms
1- Staff was great and very helpful.
2- pool area was great!
3- when booking ask for the updated rooms. Avoid rooms that don’t have a balcony to the pool. We switched the 2nd night as the first room we were in was very old, dated and to be honest disgusting. Night 2 we switched and stayed at a room that had a balcony to the pool. It was better (still not great).
4- restaurant I would give 5/10, but great but not bad.
Overall- I would avoid this location.
Staff was corteous and helpful, room was clean.
My only disappointment is that the hotel has not made any changes for people with disabilities such as automatic doors.
The room was moderately clean.
No where to hang towels. So I four. Myself asking for towels each day. As I could my hang them to dry them.
They only took my garbage each day but didn’t clean the floors.
The hotel is dated and has a musty smell.
We walked to the pool and liked the fish pond , my toddler enjoyed looking at them. The live entertainment for the parties that seem to be happening all the time was extremely loud , my kids liked it and danced off to the side as we didn’t feel comfortable joining the 90th birthday party happening in the restaurant or wedding the next day. We couldn’t sit in the retainer due to this. The pool is dated and the hot tub looks like something from someone’s backyard. It kept the kids entertained so I was happy.
Walking to the parking lot under the coveted area people stand and smoke so we were not impressed but maybe that’s normal for there.
No free breakfast but lots of places cheap nearby.
All in all no I would not book again there , but loved Quebec City
