We loved the Tropical Cruise Ship feel to this hotel. It felt like a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, parking lot was well lit, they had a supervisor for the pool which was clean and heated and the hot tub lovely as well. We loved our stay here and would love to go back.

A good hotel that is trying to keep up with the times. Areas are starting to show there age even with staff trying to bring life back Atrium is interesting with a great area for the younger crowd (a youth hockey tournament was booked in) and they were having a wonderful. Restaurant was good with a varied menu and we did not have to venture out for either dinner ($89 including drinks for 2)or breakfast $44 for good hot, made to order meal Overall a good hotel trying to be better. Be very careful of the soft beds.

The room was clean. Room service was quick. The staff at restaurant/bar were the most helpful and welcoming. The food was really good. The spa water wasn’t hot 2 out of 3 days. The palm tree next to it was very dry and by the end someone broke it and the pool staff didn’t clean it up for a while. At check in I was asked to put a 100$ deposit on my credit card even though I paid for my entire stay. I didn’t want to use my credit card but rather my debit and the staff said in that case it had to be $200. When I said nowhere was any of this mentioned they couldn’t explain very well the demand for a deposit and why the amount increased because I was using a debit (real money)..when I asked to write it down that I will be refunded seeing how nowhere it was written about this deposit, the staff was hesitant which put my guards up.

The night auditor who checked us is was really nice , polite and helpful, The hotel was full on this Friday night , Lots of Kids roaming around . The room and hotel are fine , you would not expect to have great amenities at that price and location . The rooms are tiered , no ports to charge your devices. The sheets where also tiered and not the cleanest , the room on the floor that we got had a pretty old bathroom, and the patio doors where not fully lockable , the tiles in the shower where popping out , shower curtain was also from the 90 . The hot tub in the main area is old and from a back yard , never saw anyone coming to check the chlorine and or quality of water as in other name brands . The pool is fine for kids , pretty messy around it and the palm trees ……towels and floaters just haging on the tiki bar Again you pay for what you get for in summer travelling , for a few dollars extra if you have it ,go closer to old Quebec or st-foy. If it’s for 1 night and you are passing by for a quick sleep and off you go , then you are all set there , no worries . If you are planing a few nights to relax and to be close to local amenities and museums , I would avoid . There is a strip club right beside the hotel , if that’s your thing Check in 5 pm ……. Check out 11 am …. Again debatable , 3 pm is pretty standard around the globe , .

When we first arrived at the hotel, the check-in process was unfortunately quite difficult. We had accidentally booked this hotel, thinking it was the one with the kids’ water park. Since there are four hotels with very similar names, it can be understandably confusing. The front desk agent who checked us in came across as cold and abrupt. She was brief in her responses, barely answered the questions we had, and did not make us feel particularly welcome. The interaction left such a poor first impression that we considered leaving the hotel right away. However, once we entered our room, our experience changed completely. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Every other staff member we encountered, especially the housekeeping team, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was wonderful. The indoor pool area was amazing and had a beautiful tropical atmosphere that our family really enjoyed. Overall, we are grateful that we chose to stay, as the majority of our experience was very positive. Our only recommendation would be for the hotel to ensure that the front desk provides a warmer, more welcoming first impression, as it truly sets the tone for a guest’s stay.

1- Staff was great and very helpful. 2- pool area was great! 3- when booking ask for the updated rooms. Avoid rooms that don’t have a balcony to the pool. We switched the 2nd night as the first room we were in was very old, dated and to be honest disgusting. Night 2 we switched and stayed at a room that had a balcony to the pool. It was better (still not great). 4- restaurant I would give 5/10, but great but not bad. Overall- I would avoid this location.

Great. However the check-in is at 5pm. Then once checked in and had dinner, the pool closed at 9pm. The bathroom was a bit dated. Really nice employees. Sadly we were only there for a night and could not use the pool, although we wanted to. After checking in and going to dinner, we had 15 minutes for the pool and hot tub on a Wednesday night. On the plus side there are good restaurants nearby and close to the airport and highway. Good for families with little kids.

Room was updated and the beds had comfortable mattresses but the bathroom hadn't been touched since the 70s. The pool was nice and warm! Not really impressed with the hot tub (not hot, a bit slimy) but the great pool more than made up for it! We were there on a Friday and there was live music! Oodles of parking. Great staff!
