"All the staff go are all very friendly and the service is superb. The rooms are spacious and clean. We are a family of 5 with adult and late teens children, the apartment is perfect. There's a construction at the front of the property at the time of our stay but we stayed at the apartment that faces the garden, so it was ok and there's no noise. Gym and pool are excellent. It is walking distance to the a mini mart via a beautiful small neighbourhood street."

"Rooms are well equipped and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. They all speak great English. The hotel is nice and quiet and restaurants served good quality food. Food is on the expensive side. You can book day trips directly from the hotel via a tour guide desk. I booked 2 days trips. One to Ha Long Bay, Leona cruise. One to Minh Binh. They were 5 star trips with private transport. All in all a very good experience."
