The breakfast was an amazing thread, with foods from all over the world, representing many cultures. The drink options were expansive, with several juices, teas, coffees, different milk (skim, low fat, whole). They also had a cook that would make you any kind of egg you wanted, including eggs benedfict, upon request. Very nice.

Excellent hotel. Other higher rated hotels in Hanoi manipulate their reviews. Having stayed in the so called top rated in the Old Quarter (Oriental Jade and May de Ville) before this I can assure you they are not a patch on this one.

A bit of a boring hotel to be honest in a reaktuveky boring area away from downtown Hanoi. We had a room on the lake for just half a day before a late evening flight - and the hotel is located just 35 min from Noi Bai Airport which was convenient. But for a longer stay in Hanoi where you also want easy walking access to sights and attractions it is recommended to stay at the Old Quarter. The area around this hotel is not interesting at all. The service at the hotel was overall pleasant and speedy - but in general the hotel seem a bit old and not that interesting

The staff were exceptionally helpful and we loved the sunset bar and restaurant. The room amenities had everything including a sewing kit which came in handy. I would definitely recommend it to friends and stay there again if in Hanoi.

A peaceful place in Hanoi

Lovely hotel that leaves you feeling that you have an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi whilst being within walking distance of the action!
