"Overall a great stay. There was a lengthy delay in getting the portacot delivered and set up on the day of check in which they were very apologetic for (and the lobby looked very busy on check in). Room is a bit small but had most things we needed. Cleaning staff were friendly and even refreshed our daughter's sheets/blankets in the portacot. "

"The breakfast was amazing: a wide choice of hot and cold dishes. The grab rails in shower & toilet were excellent, with a fold up 'table' in shower area. I thought the towels too thin. I also would have liked the option of warmer air, when the nights became cooler. I thought one more light was needed above the sofa in Room 803, or nearby, for reading. "

"The buffet breakfast was outstanding, I would choose this hotel again for the breakfast alone. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the swimming pool came complete with complimentary sun screen. Loved this hotel experience right in the city centre. Do the valet parking if you wish to use your car during your stay, otherwise it's cheaper online (especially for multiple nights) with the Wilson car park adjacent to the hotel but beware this only allows one entry and one exit."

"Very accessible to the city, receptionists let us into our room at 11:30am when we arrived instead of 2pm as room was ready. Cafe restaurant in foyer was nice. Nice pool gym Indoors"
