"The hotel was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Great location off the freeway and next to BigFoot Java and 7Eleven. I would give it 5 stars but there was a constant beeping coming from somewhere in the room near the bed. I didn’t get any sleep; it kept me up all night. The guy at the front desk just said maintenance will check it out. The TV also didn’t work (it turned on but the channel buttons didn’t work)."

"Room was great, nice and clean. We did have a room near the freeway, so we had the constant traffic noise, but it wasn't terrible. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast offered a variety of foods so everyone was able to eat and happy! They were on top of keeping it well stocked. Only issue we had was an unexpected wake up call at 2am due to a noise complaint from a neighbor. Apparently they told staff the wrong room, so we got the call. We were told that they then checked cameras and were able to see it was the room on the other side, not us. They were very apologetic when we brought it up to them. My only thing is - cameras should of been checked first to confirm the room when calling at 2am. I was then unable to go back to sleep and my kids tossed and turned for quite a while. Made for a crappy ending to our nice stay. Would return again with hopes of no problems."

Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino - Fife

2/10 Terrible

"It was really annoying pulling your ID out every time to go in and out to our car to get back into the hotel to pass security. I understand it’s a casino but we are guests of the hotel. The room smelled so bad, we had to have the window open the entire time we stayed, which didn’t help. I had an asthma attack because of how Smokey the room smell was. On the positive side, The staff were very nice!"
