"Where do I begin? The only good thing about this motel was the staff, and in our minimal interactions with the staff we saw that multiple people staying in the motel were calling about odd smells and pipe malfunctions. When we were going to the room we were given, we noticed that there was slanting on the second story walkway which was very concerning. When we entered the room, although it was a non smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The floor was slanted and dipping, which combined with the drooping walkway and cracked stairs, was a bit unsafe seeming. When we turned on the lights, we discovered odd brown stains on the ceiling. They seemed to be haphazardly cleaned, and coupled with the odd smoke and weed smell in a non smoking room, I don't believe that our room was properly cleaned. Our stay here was subpar. To start it off, when I tried to use the sink it sprouted brown water at me and flung water in the air, seemingly because of bubbles in the pipes. The walls of the shower had holes and cracks, and the shower head looked grim. The beds seemed fine, but due to the general state of our room, I doubt they were actually clean. When i exited the room i was met with a pool that seems to never have been cleaned. There was trash and algae in both the pool and the hot tub, and i doubt they have been open in a year. Upon leaving the room, my mom was asked to sell a man cigarettes multiple times, and overall this just seems like an unsafe place for anyone."

"I travel alot and this was by far, the worst accomodation I have had (for the cost) Check in: no problem there, normal stuff...BUT the room we were given was absolutely gross! Hair in the bathroom (sink, floor, toilet) carpet bunched up and DIRTY!, kick plate around the beds were filthy, the window was so sun damaged that it was opaque and you could only see thru parts of it. Nicks, scrapes and gouges in the wood work..etc..Needless to say, we requested another room. 2nd room was cleaner, but the tub was worn out with stains all over it, the sink basin was the smallest I've ever seen!, and wood work was still beat up, over all, the room was in need of a facelift! I paid for a deluxe suite, what I got was a large room with 2 queens and a worn out hide a bed. We requested a wake up call...didn't happen! Luckily my phone alarm worked! Wanted the free coffee to find out the only coffee "free" was the room "pods" (the absolute worst truck stop style!) (altho the staff did begrudgingly make me a espresso .it wasn't because he wanted to!..I just whined alot) All coffee except room pods co$t. There are no free amenities! There was only one bottle of water in the room and it was $6. I thought we were to get free breakfast, but despite paying nearly $350 a night for the room, we were informed that we hadn't purchased the correct package. A Manhatten and a "mule" cost $37. NO views! I really would prefer to have my money back. It was a horrible place to stay."

"The swimming area was nice except that there was no staff rounding and there was a young group of men and women who were loud, drinking alcohol, vaping and had a boom box with non-family friendly music. It was off putting and looked as there was no security cameras on the pool. And the lack of towels in the swimming area."

"Bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Half a roll of TP laying in an open paper package on the counter was weird, really dirty glass door between bathroom and hallway. Sink drain was clogged if you turned the water on higher than a low trickle. Bed too soft for me, but that’s just a personal preference. The shower and shower head were very nice. Air conditioning was great. Front desk staff were very friendly."
