"We had an excellent stay at the property with three families (6 adults, 5 children) with room to spare. We were in town for the Rugby World Cup and the property provided an excellent base from which to explore Toulouse (20-25m by car, also easily accessible via Uber or taxi). The home provides a large kitchen with ample refrigerator space which is great when preparing meals for families and larger parties, we never felt crowded! We were stranded with no accommodation. Finally gound someting at double the cost. If we had cacelled on the day, we would have lost our refund as well. And now we incurred extra costs because of the short notice. There should be a cacellation policy which also benefits the purchaser. Really poor service from the...
