"This was a completely perfect couple experience. Everything was taken care of and the service was exceptional. Only couples made it quiet and intimate. If you wanted to socialize you could if not no worries there was space to be to your self. The Food was delicious and the healthy vegan portion of every restaurant menu was a good option at times. The spa was a bright spot in an already overwhelmingly luxury experience. The complimentary hydro therapy session was great. We also had a couples massage that was complete and relaxing. Overall Beloved was what hoped for and more. Thank you to all of the staff that work so hard and always smile."

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."
