Well top shelf all around!! Viktor, Francesco, Angelica, Daniel, Karla, Rubi and all were fabulous. A great place to stay, superb value in a really nice area. You will more than enjoy. "The hotel hit all the marks for what our family was wanting. Its a neat layout, the staff were all so friendly! For us we've been to PV alot.. so we knew it was okay we weren’t on the beach, the shuttle was fast and we didnt have to wait much, once down at the beach the food and drinks along with the service were awesome! The buffet food was so so but thata resort food, we never went hungry the chicken and beef fajitas were my fav, along with the japanese fancy dinner! This hotel was like no other a real neat jungle experience. Having our rooms beautifully cleaned when we came back from being in the sun all day was the highlight alonf with the icecrean machine and the late check out they offered. Only thing I'd change which wasnt horrible at first... was the music.. maybe have a longer rotation of music and with so many pools offer a different day in each area, like some spanish music. We come to mexico for the spicy culture. Thanks for the fun family trip "

"Rooms are worn out. I read somewhere they’ll renovate soon. Staff is friendly but they look bored, very off character for a Mexican resort. My main concern was food. Brkfst Buffett was terrible and restaurants were meh. Pool is amazing and it is so close to airport that it pains me not to go back, but I wouldn’t. "

"Brought my boyfriend for his 60th birthday. We had already visited the Westin in November last year and were very pleased. I asked for and paid for a higher floor room with ocean view. I was in room 916. The ocean view was obstructed by the building right next to us and a big wall. Boyfriend was also disappointed that the breakfast buffet was closed as well as the beach bar. We will give it one more chance in May and see if it’s any better when it turns into an all-inclusive property the staff were excellent very very nice room very very clean Lorena our housekeeper was excellent and very nice pool was clean. The property is beautiful."
