Cocotal is a peaceful, upscale gated community. Please respect noise rules, especially at night.
While you’re close to many attractions, having a car or using taxi/Uber makes getting around much easier.
The community pool is shared with other residents and guests. Please follow posted pool rules.
Golf Discounts: Green fee discounts are offered by Cocotal, but availability and rates may vary depending on the season.
Tropical Environment: As with all Caribbean areas, occasional insects or geckos may appear—even in clean, well-maintained homes.
Electricity Use: The apartment has full AC. We kindly ask guests to turn off AC units when leaving to help conserve energy.
No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Condo Policies: All guests must comply with Larimar Residences and Cocotal condominium policies.
Guests agree to provide a valid working phone number.
Lost Keycards/Remotes: $50 fee for lost keycard.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in eviction.
Visitor Policy:
No visitors allowed. All guests must be declared in the reservation.
$15 fee per guest per night after the second guest.
Undeclared guest fee: $20 per guest per night.
Prohibited Items/Activities:
Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
Hookah is prohibited; violators will be expelled.
Loudspeakers are not allowed in the apartment or common areas.
Smoking Fee: $200 for smoking in area of the property.
Late Check-Out:
30 minutes late: $50 fee.
2+ hours late: Charge for an additional day (does not extend stay).
Complaints: By reporting an issue, you authorize the host to enter the property to resolve it (e.g., repairs, cleaning).
Violations: Breaking these rules may result in booking cancellation, removal from the property, and no refunds.
