Serenade Caribe Club Family Beach Resort – All Inclusive

"Hotel is new, therefore the staff is all over the place. Couldn’t get reservations to the restaurants for dinner. Buffet was the only option. And the staff took forever to come by our table for drinks. One night they never even came to the table. A disaster. Hotel otherwise is clean and fun for the children. And the ac overnight would turn off or set itself to a low temperature where you barely felt it and you could not change it. Personally, I didn’t like it."

"I loved my stay here!!! The animation team, the staff from the buffet, the servers from the plaza, steak house staff was absolutely amazing!!! I will be coming back!!! Food was great and the drinks never disappoint. All the activities were fun. Especially the foam party!!!"

"We had a great experience. Clean confortable room, great variety of food and drinks, clean and extensive pools, and amazing staff. "The staff was really kind and always helpful. The resort was really peaceful, mainly couples of all ages. The resort had a lot of activities throughout each day through an app you had to download. All in all I would go back, more of a relaxing resort. But drinks were always available haha"

"Breathless is a beautiful resort with many activities going on. Great for those that love a swim bar scene with live dancers! The food at the restaurant was good. Some of the recipes still need refined. For foodies. the all-inclusive package may not be the way to go. We had some more authentic food outside of the resort. One thing that stood out were the attentive and friendly staff. They make you feel pampered for those trying to get away."
