The staff is very welcoming, easy to book restaurants. Family friendly, I came with my mom very recently and had an amazing experience. Enjoyed to food, the pool was very clean and nice. Obviously it was the time of year for sargassum so the beach wasn't swimmable but they clean it day and night it seems like so it wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend.

We had a nice stay at Iberostar Selection Bávaro Suites. The resort is very big and beautiful, and it looks especially beautiful at night. The food was good, and the restaurants were great. The main disappointment for us was the beach. There was a lot of seaweed, and the water looked brown, so it wasn’t the clear Caribbean water we were expecting. We also had trouble making restaurant reservations through the Iberostar app because it wasn’t working for us. When we were leaving today, our Talixo taxi driver came to pick us up. We were very happy with Talixo’s service, but I didn’t like that security questioned the driver about why he came to the front of the lobby. I didn’t think that was necessary and it left us with a negative feeling at the end of our stay. Overall, the resort is beautiful, the food is good, and we enjoyed our stay, but the beach conditions and the situation with security were disappointing.

The hotel amenities,food and staff where amazing!. The only bad thing was that the rooms need update and maintenance. AC and ligthing did not work properly and it had an awful sewer smell at nigth. Beautiful stay for our family of 4! We really enjoyed being steps from the beach and pools, the delicious selection of food and great entertainment at this hotel. We went snorkeling in clear blue water, got to swim every day and had the most special private dinner on the beach to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff here was incredibly kind and considerate and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for during our visit. I am so grateful to Ana Nuñez for answering all of my questions, being a remarkable concierge and assisting us at the hotel with planning excursions, meals and adventures. Ana is so kind and her presence during the trip made a huge difference and made us all love Iberostar Bavaro Suites. Thank you gracias ANa!
