"A lot better than people make out to be. Yes it’s older but it’s clean. It’s comfortable. The bus runs past 24-7 to airport . Great for a pre airport trip"

"The first thing I would rate about this property is the staff. From the moment we were picked up from the airport by their convenient free shuttle, we felt welcomed and comfortable. On arrival to the manor the great customer service continued. Check in was so easy and our room was warm and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and despite being on a main road it wasn’t particularly noisy either. The following morning my husband got held up at the car hire place when we were due to check out and the staff were so accommodating in allowing us extra time in the room with my children while we waited. We only stayed one night after flying in to Auckland before heading off on our travels but will be staying there again when we return before flying back to Australia and I’m so glad to be going back there again knowing we will be in a comfortable room. There were plenty of cups and plates to suit our large family, a small fridge, microwave, tv and all the essentials we needed. The showers were nice and hot. It was so well priced too. It’s obviously not a brand new hotel so it’s not 5 star luxury but it’s everything you need and most importantly CLEAN and well kept so an absolute 5 stars from me for that. Highly recommend."

"This is our favourite hotel when flying in or out of Auckland Airport. Reasonably-priced, easy to access from the airport, very helpful and friendly staff, very clean, bathrooms with good water pressure and a tub as well as a shower, and a good on-site restaurant/bar with a 2-hour "happy hour". We have stayed overnight here on several occasions and expect to do so many times in the future."
