"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

"This property was in the best location. It was a cool property to stay in and had everything we could want. The air conditioning was perfect after a hot day exploring and there was plenty of space for all of our stuff without being cramped in. That said, the biggest downside is that the bathroom only had half a wall for privacy. This means all bathroom noises were heard by everyone. This should have been communicated clearer as it can cause uncomfortable situations for guests."
