"Lovely, quirky place. Built on several levels and half levels, many stairs and very low ceiling in places (knocked my head a couple of times despite several ‘mind your head’ signs 😆). My husband and I spent a week here, and it was perfect for us. It is not suitable for children or anyone with mobility issues. Fantastic location, both for exploring Ostuni and the wider region. "This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Everything was just perfect. The property is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s also conveniently located close to Ostuni. The restaurant at the property was absolutely amazing, with some of the best food we had on our trip. The breakfast was so good—we’re still dreaming about it! The pool was perfect, and our room was beautiful, updated, extremely clean, and cleaned every day. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. A very thoughtful touch was when we were leaving, the owner gave us little bags with snacks for our trip back. It made us feel especially welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and really hope to come back!"

"Lovely hotel, located in a central part of Ostuni. Staff were helpful, breakfast enjoyable in lovely part of the building. Nothing to fault, except no toiletries available, only a dozen packets of shower caps. I think skin moisturisers and hair products would have been a nice touch for the price of this lovely 4* hotel."

"A very nice Masseria. It is besutiful, well maintained and taken care of. I had two issues. One, being far from the nearest town, they have a restricted menu along the day, and dinner requires a reservation before 5 PM. Breakfast is very good. In general, service staff was not particularly nice, most look really annoyed to be there (with a few exceptions)- it might be a general “Puglian” attitude. The maids were extraordinary though- everything super clean/organized and really nice ladies. The other issue I had is that I had to leave one night earlier (The reservation was for 7 nights), and although I let them know at the beggining of my stay that I had this logistical inconvenience that required me to depart earlier, they were not willing to refund my last night. More so, they were particularly rude about it. I have had that experience before and hotels always allow earlier departures if forcefully necessary. Although it is a really nice location and property, I dont know if I eould go back."

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It was immaculately clean. The room was incredibly and gorgeous with all the amenities you can possibly imagine you need. The pool was amazing and the staff was attentive and so kind. We rented an electric car to drive around puglia and they would take it every day and charge it for us for next day. Breakfast was included and had everything with a big selection of food. The staff at the bar in the rooftop (which had spectacular views and amazing drinks) was top notch and the same at the pool. Wonderful hotel. Would stay there again over and over."
