"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "The apartment slept 4 (there were2 of us), but we were only given 2 bath and one hand towel. Sofa needed replacing as cover cracked and split. Lift doesn’t work in the rain. Male (manager?) on reception told me to go on line to order takeaway from any site although we found out the restaurant had a take away menu. Large space for 2."
