"This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. "

"Apartment is dated. One bathroom smelled horrible the entire stay. Got there and air conditioner wasn’t working. Manager showed up right away but was grumpy. Told me I had to pay an additional city tax and cleaning fee. I guessed I was getting scammed but had no other option but to pay. Air conditioning worked about 75% of time. Would not recommend."

The owner has dehumidifier running in all the rooms, but the filters have not been changed and are filthy, and does not improve the basement smell at all. We had to leave and make a separate reservation as I was told that it was advertised as an underground apartment, The posting showed multiple apartments as it is a managed by a group, and it was not evident that the unit would be a basement level.
