"This is a very nice hotel right in the heart of the Sassi. My only comment would be on the lack of friendliness of some of the reception staff. I will say though that they were accommodating in allowing us early entry into our room, which was appreciated."

"Beautiful family run agriturismo. Clean and spacious room, spotless bathroom, Breakfast was 1st class however a hot option ie omelette would only improve it. Only problem advertisement on expedia stated pool after a 15 min walk around the extensive gardens etc no pool was to be found !"

"We did a self check in, but Eleanor’s had reached out to us in advance of our arrival and was very helpful with questions we had when we arrived in town. She made herself available via WhatsApp. She had suggested a public parking lot that was very close. Because of a ztl we could not drive right to the hotel. Parking was a 2 minute walk.
