"The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...

"The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar could do with a few more options though."

"Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. "

"It was ok. Served its purpose as a room for 3 nights, though no toiletries were provided (they say as a cost cutting measure) and the breakfast was a bit pricey (but i had to leave before it started so didn't get to try it)."

"Lovely host great service clean spacious peaceful friendly would deffo come again"

"Perfect hotel"

"The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. "Great hotel with facilities for either exercising and lots of enclosed land for dogs to run around . Rooms are large, spacious and very clean with ample storage and fridge. Also in very good/ new condition. It was also nice to see that they allocated a nice room that was pet friendly. The bar area which allows your dogs to eat with you is also very comfy and welcoming.Great service and hearty breakfast. Would definately stay again."

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."

"Great hotel, lovely food, friendly staff and a comfy bed."
