"When getting a taxi to the airport they said that their drivers charge $95 which is already $10 more than a yellow cab, they didn’t explain that if we were to pay using a card it was an extra $10 making it $20 more expensive, didn’t find that out until we were pretty much at the airport. Take a yellow cab as they are fixed price and cheaper"

"Great location, good pricing, friendly staff. If your are looking for a comfortable and modern stay with just the basics then I don’t see any reason to complain about this hotel. A very useful option to avoid paying a fortune in the more opulent hotels. They kindly extended my checkout until 12pm for no extra charge."

"In a prime location and good breakfast"

"Just be prepared the room is small, not surprising for New York hotel rooms, but the bed was pushed up against the wall and windows, so you really couldn’t get in on both side. But good value for midtown NYC."

"Great staff and a clean comfortable room. Easy access to subways and lots of walkable options too."

"Great location, helpful staff, and lovely rooms."

"They don't clean your room everyday warning but they will bring up towels if you need them"

"Property is in a great location. Great service and attentive staff. Rooms are clean with a nice modern style."

"Staff was extrememly polite and helpful and we really appreciated them! Small room and bathroom but neat and clean and well appointed with bench for 2 suitcases, fridge and coffee fixings. TV and internet too. Beautiful view of the Empire State Building. We liked the restaurants along Church Street. Sheraton entrance neat and clean but street around Sheraton was dirty and trashy. Surrounding businesses had dirty windows but were neat and clean inside. Lots of aggressive street vendors...

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"small space but clean!"
