"The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. As many have stated that its location was close to the Vatican and a huge plus, however we also found the Prati neighborhood to be charming with excellent restaurants and enjoyed nice evening strolls. The room was clean and comfortable for our needs. I would stay here again on a return trip. "
