"It was a nice place to stay in, we had a room with my husband, daughter, and me. The cleaning people came everyday and they always made sure we were stock with stuff. The check in was a bit difficult but that was on us because we didn’t look at the preregister check in, just make sure to be on top of it. The place was quiet and everyone was respectful with one another. Other than that, the stay was perfect and they have nice cafes/restaurants around the area!"

"We booked one night at the hotel because our it was close to the airport, provided free shuttle service and the price was reasonable. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk was very helpful in allowing us to check in a little early, the room was super clean and fairly spacious and the dining room had pretty good food at a reasonable price. I decided to include breakfast in our reservation and was glad I did. It was a giant buffet with more than I imagined. All in all, this was a perfect 'one night stand' after a long journey and prior to a long flight home."

The lift is not suitable for old people and women because is It's very cramped and there are two elevators, the first one goes from the reception to the common floor and then there's another elevator that goes from the common floor to the apartments."

"The only bad about this hotel was it was dated. The rooms were BY FAR the largest rooms we've ever stayed in in rome. Showers were as hot as you could stand. The staff was incredibly helpful at every turn. Beds were nice and our terrace was a really nice place to sit and enjoy the June weather. No microwave in the room but the on site restaurant more than made up for it."

"I only had one night in Rome and UNA did not disappoint. The location is fantastic and a good central point in Trastevere for great sightseeing. There was a bit of a delay getting my room on time but the staff were so lovely, and bought me a cocktail on their rooftop patio while I waited. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the views from the rooftop are amazing!"

"The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were clean. There is technically no front desk, which was a bit strange and no number to call if there was an issue. We did have the power go out in the hotel for a couple of hours.. luckily it was around dinner time so we stayed out a bit longer. Staff was nice, but I would try a different hotel if I returned to Rome."
